Softball Tournament

The 2015 Southland Conference Softball Tournament will be held May 6-8 at the Lady Demon Diamond in Natchitoches, La. Northwestern State University will be the host. Six softball teams make the field with the top two seeds receiving byes. The double-elimination tournament will conclude Friday with the championship game at 2 p.m. The entire tournament, with the exception of the championship game, will be streamed live for free on the Southland Digital Network. The championship game will be available exclusively on ESPN3. Northwestern State is the two-time defending tournament champion and is looking to become the first team in league history to win three consecutive softball tournament titles.
