Post Game Quotes
McNeese State Head Coach Natalie Poole
"I think we played an all-around game including pitching and hitting. I'm also proud of the way we stayed strong and for Alanna (DiVittorio) getting the hit. Every at bat, she got better until she connected on one."
McNeese State Freshman Alanna DiVittorio
"I was frustrated at the beginning of the game but my third at bat I felt more comfortable. When I was up for my fourth at bat, I had a feeling and visioned I would hit a home run over the scoreboard."
Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Coach Jake Schumann
"We played hard tonight," said head coach Jake Schumann. "We squared the ball up and hit two balls to the warning track but were unable to score any runs. "They made great plays defensively and they got the one hit that counted."
Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Junior Greta Cecchetti
"I think I hit my spots really good tonight other than that pitch," said Greta Cecchetti. "We had our chances on offense, but we just couldn't score when we had runners on."
