The Demons enter this matchup hungry for their first win of the season and eager to play spoiler on their home field.
Undefeated ‘Jacks Return Home to Close Non-Conference Slate
Following an impressive 2-0 start to the season and in conference play, No. 9/6 SFA has reached outside the confines of the SLC and snagged a pair of resume-building wins in consecutive weeks. The latest came Saturday when the ‘Jacks overwhelmed Prairie View A&M 31-10. SFA amassed 207 yards on the ground and quarterback Gavin Rutherford tossed three touchdowns in the game. The ‘Jacks return home Saturday to face Northeastern State, looking to protect one of the few remaining undefeated records in FCS.
