FRISCO, Texas – Lamar forward Terry Anderson has been named the final Jersey MIke's Southland Conference Men’s Basketball Player of the Week as announced Monday by the conference office.
Men's Player of the Week: Terry Anderson, Lamar – F – Jr. – Deer Park, Texas (Deer Park)
Anderson put together an incredibly efficient week to lead the Lamar Cardinals to clinching a bye and the No. 4 seed at the Southland Basketball Championships. Anderson scored 17 points to go with 11 rebounds, 7 assists, and 3 steals on 6 of 10 shooting in the win over A&M-Commerce on monday. He followed that up with a 21 points on a 10 of 13 shooting night with five rebounds to close the regular season against HCU.
