FRISCO, Texas — Northwestern State's Addison Patterson has earned this week's Jersey Mike's Southland Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week award, the conference office announced Monday.

Patterson had consecutive double-doubles – the first for a Northwestern State player since Feb. 11-16, 2023 – as the Demons posted wins against New Orleans and at SFA. He had a game-high 19 points in the win against the Lumberjacks and led the Demons' comeback from a nine-point halftime deficit against New Orleans with 15 points and nine rebounds in the second half alone, finishing with 17 points and 11 rebounds in Northwestern's 73-61 win. Patterson tied a career high with three steals in the win against New Orleans and added four assists against SFA.
