A&M-Corpus Christi's Webb, Nicholls' Parache Named Final Jersey Mike's Players of the Week

FRISCO – Texas A&M-Corpus Christi outfielder Isaac Webb and Nicholls starting pitcher Nuno Parache were named the Southland Baseball Player of the Week awards for the final week of the 2025 season, which were announced Monday by the conference office.

Hitter of the Week: Isaac Webb, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi - Sr. - OF - Collinsville, Okla. (Arkansas)
Isaac Webb was the catalyst on offense during the Islanders' three-game sweep of New Orleans over the weekend, slashing .545/.538/.636 with a double, two RBI, three runs scored, and two stolen bases. He picked up multiple hits in every game of the series and drove in a run in each of the last two, helping the team secure its spot in the conference tournament.

Pitcher of the Week: Nuno Parache, Nicholls - Jr. - RHP - Brooklyn, N.Y. (Hotchkiss School)
In his fourth victory of the season, Parache struck out 10 batters and allowed SLU to post a season low two hits. Additionally, he recorded four 1-2-3 innings en route to a complete game, which saw the Lions shut out for the second time all season.
