A&M-Commerce's Mia Deck wins Week 4 SLC Women's Basketball Player of the Week

FRISCO, Texas – Texas A&M-Commerce's Mia Deck has won this week's SLC Women's Basketball Player of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Monday. 

Player of the Week: Mia Deck, Texas A&M-Commerce – Sr. – Frisco, TX (Lone Star High School)
Deck led the Lions in scoring in both of their games last week. She hit the game-winning lay up to knock off the Idaho Vandals 72-71, which were the final two points of her 18, to go along with 13 rebounds in a double-double effort. Then, Deck added another 17 points and five rebounds on the road at Washington State. Deck ranks 4th in the SLC in scoring, averaging 13.0 points per game, and is second in the league in the rebounding category, with 48 boards across seven games.
